Kayak Plans

For those who would rather "roll-your-own" I offer complete, detailed plans for the home-builder. My packages of plans include all the information you need to build my designs.

Plans for all my strip-built designs include:

A "builder's" drawing show the completed boat in three views,

All the forms drawn out full sized,

Cockpit and bulkheads drawn full sized,

each form drawn out separately with all reference lines to be pasted directly to the plywood, so you don't need to do any tracing or transferring of lines. This assures your forms are accurate. Plans do not include the instruction book. They do include my Kayak Building Notes which describe my latest techniques developed since writing the book.
